Football Fight purchases are sold by Nathan Knaebel EI (sole trader, France), SIRET 109 762 062 00015, 40 rue du Tivoli, 67000 Strasbourg, France.

What is sold

Football Fight is a free game. Purchases are optional: they are never needed to play, progress or enter tournaments.

You can buy gem packs (the in-game currency, used for hints, jokers and cosmetics among other things), the ad-free option, which removes forced ads for good, and, when it is offered, the Founder Pack, whose content is listed in the shop.

Prices

Prices are shown in the shop, in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

In the Android app, the price is shown by Google Play in your currency and may include your country's taxes.

Payment

You need a Football Fight account to buy: the purchase stays with your account, even if you change devices.

On the website, you pay by card through Stripe, which secures the transaction: we never see your card number.

In the Android app, payment must go through Google Play and is also subject to its own terms.

Delivery

The purchase is added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. A receipt is sent to you by email.

Right of withdrawal

Purchases are digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, you expressly ask for this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, by ticking the box provided for this (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

The payment receipt confirms this waiver.

In the Android app, this consent is collected by Google Play at the time of payment.

Gems and game content

Gems and tournament entries are game items with no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money, resold or transferred to another account.

The ad-free option removes forced ads. Ads you choose to watch to earn a reward are still offered.

The game may change (content, rules, gem prices). A purchase already delivered stays yours.

Problems and refunds

If you paid but did not receive your purchase, or ran into a technical problem, write to thefeaturingclub@gmail.com with the email address on the receipt. We will add the purchase or refund it.

Purchases made in the Android app are refunded under Google Play's rules.

A purchase that is refunded, or disputed with your bank, is removed from the account: the option or pack is cancelled, and gems or tournament entries not yet used are taken back.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country of the European Union, you keep the protections your country's law gives you.
