Yes. Every match is free, in every mode. Shop purchases are optional: you never need them to play, progress or enter a tournament.

No. Your first match starts as a guest, with nothing to fill in. An account, created with an email address, Google or Discord, keeps your scores and your streak, and puts you on the leaderboard.

Two players are linked if they were teammates at the same club or for the same national team. The era and the length don't matter: one shared season is enough. Two players who went through the same club years apart don't count.

Thirty seconds per answer. Running out of time counts as a mistake and ends the match.

Yes. Tap the mic and say the player's name. In your profile's "Settings", the "Mic always on" option saves you tapping it again for every answer.

You're paired with a random opponent. You take turns on the same chain: whoever gets it wrong or lets the clock run out loses the round. After five ranked matches, you get a rank that goes up and down with your results.

Every week, 64 players battle it out with one round a day. In each round, the longest chain against the computer goes through to the next one. Entry costs one coupon. During a tournament match, hints are free and the joker is switched off.

Gems pay for hints (seeing another club the player was at), the joker and cosmetics. You earn them when you sign up, every time you log in for the day, on every match you play, your daily and weekly challenges, and when your daily streak hits a milestone.

Report it from the end-of-match screen. Every report gets checked, and when it holds up, the database is fixed for everyone.

Create a private match and send the code or the link: your friend drops straight into your match. With a group, battle royale has everyone take turns, and the last one standing wins.

A short ad may show up between two matches, never during a round. A one-off purchase removes them from your account for good.

You can install the game on your phone or computer straight from the browser, with the "Install" button at the bottom of the home page. It then opens like an app, full screen.

Ten of them: French, English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Polish and Indonesian. Club and country names are translated.

In your profile, open "Settings": the delete button is right at the bottom. Deleting your account permanently erases your email address and your personal data.
